We do not guarantee specific results such as a certain number of leads, patients, or revenue, as outcomes depend on multiple factors including ad budget, market conditions, clinic operations, and patient demand.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services.
3. Payments & Billing
- All fees are agreed upon before service begins.
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information.
- Approve marketing creatives, ad copy, and campaigns before launch.
- Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Comply with all applicable advertising laws, medical advertising guidelines, and regulations in India.
DigitalTaj is not responsible for performance issues caused by delayed lead follow-ups, clinic operational issues, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, funnels, ad creatives, copy, designs, and strategies created by DigitalTaj remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use materials only for their own business and may not resell, distribute, or reuse them without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We utilize third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, CRM software, and hosting providers. DigitalTaj is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account suspensions imposed by these third parties.
Clients must comply with the terms and policies of all third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, DigitalTaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, profits, patients, or business opportunities.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the previous 30 days.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms defined in the signed agreement or by providing written notice.
DigitalTaj reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.
10. No Medical Advice
DigitalTaj does not provide medical or dental advice. All treatment decisions and patient outcomes are the sole responsibility of the dental clinic or practitioner.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
