1. Nature of Digital Marketing Services
Digital marketing services involve strategic planning, campaign development, research, advertising setup, optimization, and ongoing management. Once work has started, significant time and expertise are invested in delivering these services.
For this reason, most payments made for services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
2. Setup and Onboarding Fees
Any setup, onboarding, or initial strategy fees are non-refundable.
These fees cover activities such as:
- Marketing strategy development
- Advertising account setup
- Campaign and funnel configuration
- CRM or automation setup
- Creative and landing page preparation
- Technical integrations
Because these tasks require dedicated resources and time, the fees cannot be refunded once the work has begun.
3. Monthly Service Retainers
Digital Taj may provide services on a monthly retainer basis.
- Clients may cancel services by providing 30 days written notice via email.
- The current billing cycle will continue until the end of the paid service period.
- No refunds are issued for partially completed months of service.
4. Advertising Spend
Any budget allocated for advertising platforms is separate from agency service fees.
Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms, which may include:
- Facebook / Meta Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- Other third-party advertising platforms
Digital Taj does not control these payments and cannot issue refunds for advertising spend once it has been processed by the platform.
5. Performance Disclaimer
Digital Taj works to generate leads, appointments, and marketing growth for clients. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Market conditions
- Competition in the target area
- Client sales processes and follow-up
- Platform algorithm changes
- Budget limitations
Therefore, the purchase of marketing services does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or revenue unless stated in a separate written agreement.
6. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The service has not yet started, and
- A written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment
If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Digital Taj first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback after services have been delivered may result in service termination and possible legal action.
8. Policy Updates
Digital Taj reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
